Do You Have Enough Weight Loss Knowledge to Succeed
Are you having challenges losing weight and keeping it off? Are you always on the look out for the next diet miracle that will make your bulges disappear? When you do try a new diet or exercise, do you understand why you are doing what you are doing?
A lack of basic weight loss knowledge is one of the main reasons why you are not getting sustainable weight loss. This is also one of the key reasons why you are always on the look out for the next fad diet.
The most fundamental flaw is that people mistake weight loss for fat loss. They believe that all the weight they are losing is actually attributed to fat loss. Little do they realize, that a large part of it could be muscle or water loss. The more well-informed you are about how your body loses weight, the more easier it would be to lose weight and keep it off.
Having sufficient knowledge, you end up working smart and not working hard. Dr Jasvin and Suresh address the importance of having adequate weight loss knowledge to lose weight and keep it off.

Yes i agree with you, most people do not actually have the knowledge they need for losing fat.
With all you are hearing everywhere today about low carb diets and such people just aren’t making the right choices when they start on dieting to lose weight.
The body needs the three main macro-nutrients no matter what, especially if you are trying to lose fat. People must be getting complex carbs, proteins, and essential fatty acids into there diet to not only raise their metabolism but to also cut down fat retention which will allow them to lose weight.
Thanks for the post!

I agree there are so many people out there that don’t realize it’s fat loss they want not weight loss. They think they know what they need to do but they are really out in left field and have no clue. They fail and give up.

Thank you for your comment. You are absolutely right. A lot of people get frustrated from not getting results. But if they only knew what they were doing, they would not do it. They could dramatically increase their chances of success by not wasting time on stuff that does not provide sustainable results.

Thank you for your comment. Weight loss knowledge is essential if you want to sustain the weight loss. You could very easily get the weight off with brute force. Unless you understand how your body works, that weight is going to come back on faster than it got off.
