You could not imagine how many times I get asked for the fastest, quickest way to lose weight. So many people are looking for fast weight loss diets.

One lady said, “Just tell me. What do I have to do. What do I have to eat or not eat!”. “I need to lose all this weight in 1 month!” “II need a fast weight loss diet.”

Do you want to know the best fast weight loss diet?

Well there isn’t any. There isn’t any fast weight loss diet that can give you effective and sustainable weight loss.

You read that absolutely right! There isn’t a quick fast way to lose weight. Now you were probably looking at a secret supplement, a fat burner or even a magical diet. What an anticlimax.Well there just isn’t any. People who tell you there is, are preying on your ignorance. Listen people, the sooner you accept this the faster you will come to the realization that losing weight will need some effort.

Oprah Has Been Searching for Fast Weight Loss Diets

If ever there was a magical pill or a magical fast weight loss diet or a magical exercise or a magician weight loss guru, OPRAH WOULD HAD FOUND IT.

If Oprah with all the resources at her disposal has not found the elusive fast weight loss diet, why are you still wasting time looking for it. Are you more well equipped for such a monumental task than Oprah.

Give Up the Search for the Magical Elixir

So give up looking for quick fixes and overnight weight loss pills. The road to “quick fix” leads to a town called “yo-yo”.The reputable American College of Sports Medicine recommends a safe level of weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds per week. Most working people with busy lives should be happy with 1 pound per week. In 6 months, that’s 26 pounds. In 1 year, that’s 52 pounds. Try beating that.

It also gives you enough time to gradually set your new weight set point such that there is no rebound weight gain. With more discipline, you could even go up to 2 pounds of fat loss per week.

You Have to Lose Weight in Your Mind First

Have you ever heard of a man on the street who won a multi-million dollar lottery. How long would it take for this man to be back on the streets. Not long I am sure! Now have you ever heard of a self-made millionaire who lost everything and made the wealth again? I am sure you have. A reporter once asked Henry Ford what he would do if he lost his wealth. His response was classic. He said, “Well, I will just make it all back again. They can take my factories and my wealth away but not my mind!”.

You see, you have to become a millionaire in your mind was before you can have a million dollars in the bank account. You have to cultivate the right habits! Hard work, perseverance, positive attitude and all other traits required of a self-made millionaire. Anyone can lose weight quickly with all sorts of quack methods. But unless it’s Correct Weight Loss, the weight will come back with a vengeance. Millions of other men and women are testimony to this.

You have to cultivate the correct weight loss habits. All the habits that will result in sustainable weight loss must be ingrained deep into your subconscious mind. All this takes time. Not to mention the physical limitations of losing only fat and not water or muscle.

How many of you out there have looked for the holy grail of weight loss for years. Only to be yo-yo-ing on the weight scale with each rebound more vicious than the earlier one. You should have conservatively  lost at least 30-40 pounds of weight for every year that you messed about with all kinds of fast weight loss diets.

When it comes to weight loss slow is fast and fast is slow.

This realization has to sink in. The denial that weight loss can be achieved without work has to be dealt with now. Stop wasting any more time on fast weight loss diets. Accept that work is going to be required. Then set off to do the work! Once and for all, do it correctly!
