Exercise becomes easier after crossing the threshold

Starting on exercise can be an enormous task for lots of people. This is especially so for someone who has not exercised before. The inertia involved is unimaginable.

Interestingly your body’s resistance to exercise reduces as you start exercising. You may only need to use will power in the first month of exercise. After that, believe it or not, your body will crave exercise.Your body will crave exercise when you cross the exercise threshold.

This is the threshold where the mental pain of not exercising far exceeds the physical pain of exercising. When you cross this threshold, you can be sure that the exercise habit is there to stay.

The challenge is starting the habit and keeping it going until the point you cross the exercise threshold.

Exercise is definitely key. You have to have the mindset and motivation to do it. Having a partner to help you stick with it and be accountable to helps.
