Correct Weight Loss Tips – Avoid the Sumo Diet
Have you ever wondered how Sumo wrestlers get as huge as they get?
The Sumo Wrestler Diet Program
The Sumo wrestler wakes up early in the morning to train. He does not have breakfast or has an extremely light breakfast. He trains until lunch time. By then he is extremely hungry and eats a huge lunch. Immediately after lunch, he takes his afternoon nap. He awakens to continue his training until dinner time. He then has a huge dinner. He goes to sleep immediately after that. The cycle continues day in and day out. This type of lifestyle allows the Sumo wrestlers to gain tremendous amount of weight.
The Modern Man is Unknowingly on the Sumo Wrestler Diet Program
The modern man or woman is no different. He or she misses breakfast because of a lack of time to prepare it. They are working the entire day in the office. They go home to have a huge dinner. By the time they are done with dinner, they are too tired to do anything else and go straight to bed.
Have 3 Main Meals and 2 Snacks
Make sure you have a hearty breakfast. Have a moderate lunch and a small dinner. Try and have snacks in between meals. These snacks could be fruits or nuts.

Fruit for a snack? Why would I want to spike my insulin with fruit? That will just make me crave more sugar. How is this correct advice??

Fruit or nuts are a healthy alternative for a snack. While fruits contain fructose, most fruits except probably grapes, have enough fibre to reduce the insulin spike. Avoid grapes but consider apples or pears. These have low calories and an average GI load. Off course in the ideal world, everyone will eat almonds for snacks and everyone will be walking around with six-pack abs but this is not the case. Fruits just provide a healthy alternative to snacking. What are your ideas for snacks. Would love to hear your feedback.
