A lot of people find it very difficult to find time for exercise. This may be so if exercise takes a low priority in their lives. What helps is to fix the exercise time well in advance and do all you can to adhere to this. For example, you may set your exercise time as 7pm on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Treat this pocket of time as sacred and work your life around this.
