		<description>You are so right when it come to the healthy weight loss. I recently needed to lose 20 pounds (still working on it) for a photo shoot coming up but starvation was not the way I was planning on going. I cut out so much junk in my diet and replaced it with much better healthier choices. I started also drinking less coffee and more green and white teas, replaced snacking food with raisins, oranges and apples. I also eat a very high fibre diet which took a couple of weeks for my body to adjust so I felt like I was gaining weight but it was my body bloating from cleaning itself out. I started on a every other day exercise program but nothing to strenuous but enough to get my body moving. If I&#039;m watching tv I will take a half hour and use my bands working out my arms, abs and thighs but not to the point of fatigue, I barely notice I&#039;m doing it since I&#039;m watching tv and instead of sitting I&#039;m standing either using my free weights or bands or bounce on my exercise ball. Alternate nights I will do only yoga and no weights.

I kept watching the scale and was disappointed when I didn&#039;t see my weight dropping as fast as I wanted but realized my scale weight wasn&#039;t what I was trying to do. I&#039;ve noticed my tone has improved so much giving me now the noticeable curves I lost from sitting behind the computer for two years. My saddlebags have lost at least an inch, my stomach bulge is disappearing, my abs are forming and my posterior is so improved. I decided to stop being a scale watcher and being a mirror watcher. I can see a very noticeable difference, mainly from my healthy food choices and being active when I can when usually I&#039;m in a stationary position like watching tv.  There is absolutely a right and wrong way to loose weight and the healthy way is definitely the way to go</description>
