Jack Lalanne Interview at Age 95

Jack Lalanne is an absolute legend. He is known as the godfather of fitness. He is living proof that exercise and a healthy diets yields dividends for years to come. He recently launched a new book and was interviewed on CBS. For those of you who do not know Jack Lalanne, he had the longest running television exercise show in history. His show ran for over 34 years which is an amazing feat.

He opened the first heath spa, got athletes to work with weights and motivated women to work out in the gym. At the age of 70, he towed 70 boats with 70 people over a mile and a half, handcuffed. At the age of 95, he works out with weights for 90 minutes. He does this 7 days a week.

Jack Lalanne says, “I can’t die, it will wreck my image”.
