The Journey Of Weight Loss – Getting The Last Few Pounds Off
It has been some time since I wrote about my story “The Journey of Weight Loss – Part 1″ and “The Journey of Weight Loss – Part 2″. This is the Journey Of Weight Loss almost 2 years post delivery. I have maintained the weight I have lost thus far. However, now I have another goal. I need to lose a few more inches.
Let me be honest. I have recently noticed a lot of hair shedding. The facial skin has also started looking kind of sallow. Since my blood work seems to be normal, I set about looking for some solutions. Obviously, medications came off the top of my head first. I am quite sure that taking some Diane 35 would probably improve the condition. Clear skin, less hair shedding and all that. However, the side effects leave much to be desired, especially rebound hair loss after stopping the medication. So, I canceled that idea out.
Then, it hit me. If I brought my fat levels down even more, would my hormones be better balanced? The answer is yes, it should. After all, less fat stores, less production of estrogen from fat. More muscles, more growth hormone.
So, I am setting new goals. At the moment my program includes a good diet ( especially no outside food), exercise with weight training, interval training and supplements (i.e. Fish Oils, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Multivitamin).
I will be writing of my progress every week for the next 10 weeks, including sharing of my goals and experiences (good or bad). I am hoping that all the readers out there will be a source of inspiration and motivation for me. This will really help me in my progress and hopefully less hair loss. Also, the invaluable support of my dear husband, who has always been there pushing me on.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re losing your hair. I’m pretty sure this must also burden your husband as well. I’m just not so sure if weight loss would be the solution to your problem. Maybe it’s stress related?
Anyway, what’s also important now is that you’ve chosen to put yourself on a path to a healthier weight and healthier life style, wish should alone give you a nice confidence boost.
As a person that has been on a light regimen for over 10 years now, I can testify that sometimes it’s not so easy to stay consistent to a diet program, which is one of the key elements to success with any diet program.
Gimmicky machines that you see on infoemercials rarely work for the fast weight loss that they promise. There’s rarely a “quick cut” solution to fast weight loss. When you see someone with a sexy physique, they’ve usually earned it the hard way!!!!
I’ve been creating my own website that’s still under construction, it has a lot of good pointers that can help anyone that wants to loss weight. So if you want to check it out here it is.

With a husband like you have, you’re already a success.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Stress could be a factor, but exercise is supposed to be a stress reliever as well. I will be sharing my experience as I go along.
Thanks again.

it’s been proven that men can lose weight more rapidly than women can, which is likely due our physiological makeup. females should expect to set separate goals than mails
