		<description>very much agree with you. but there are exercises to keep the body fit and somehow helps in changing the body looks. We cannot make much changes in our Body structure but still can workout on diff body parts and give it a good shape atleast.</description>

		<description>Thank you for your feedback. Genetics does help those who are lucky. The rest of us just need to work at it. Actually, there are exercise that work just the areas of the body that bring out the hourglass shape. For instance lunges and squats work the buttocks. It helps to shape it in the right proportion. There are for sure no exercises for the breasts but this is not what brings out the hour glass shape. It is the shoulders. Wide shoulders give the illusion of a slim waist and thus enhances the hourglass shape. The shoulders, for sure can be built with weight resistance exercises. Off course, one has to also be lean.</description>

		<description>As someone said above, body shape is determined by genetics.  An hourglass is born with it.  There may be excercises you can do to cinch in your waist but there&#039;re no excercises to make you grow hips or boobs.</description>

These are more or less proportional. Instead, what gives the shape is the muscles that cover these bones. Some people like you are blessed because your muscles give you the coveted hourglass shape. Other have to work at it but its by no means impossible? What types of exercise do you do?</description>
