Anyone Who Thinks They Can Maintain Their Weight Without Any Effort is Delusional!

A lot of people tell me that they just need to lose 10 pounds or 15 pounds and then they will be able to maintain it! These people seem to think that once the weight comes off, they will somehow remain in that state. Are these people in for a surprise?

There is no such thing as being in maintenance mode. The only thing that is constant is change! You are either making your physique better or making your physique worse. There is nothing in between! Everything you do in life has an effect. Any food that you put into your mouth either makes you closer to your dream body or moves you away.Everything either adds to your weight or takes away from it!
