"Trying" to Lose Weight Will Never Ever Yield Results

bridge (Courtesy ofg stock.xchng by mattox)You are going to have to fight for the body that you have always wanted. But the problem with most people is that they attempt weight loss half heartedly. It’s never an all out fight! Fighting for a cause without committing to it is a surefire way to fail. It’s like going into battle without burning your bridges. If the going gets tough, just retreat. This is an in-disputable recipe for failure.

Anyone wanting to achieve anything worthwhile should banish the word “try” from their vocabulary!

You can’t “try” anything. You either do something or you don’t.

Yoda, the wise old Jedi master always said, “Try not. Do, or do not. There is no try.”

Trying is attempting a venture with doubt. You know deep inside that you probably will not succeed and want to keep one leg out of the door in case there is need to retreat from the fight. Such thinkers hardly ever achieve success. Repeated failure is the only outcome.

The moment there is doubt, there cannot be success. Doubt and faith cannot exist in your mind at the same time. Just like darkness and light cannot exist in a room at the same time. There is darkness because of the absence of light. Similarly, there is doubt because there is the absence of faith.

You have to believe with absolute certainty in the physique cause that you are fighting for. With this unshakable belief, commit to achieve your weight loss goals and not merely “try”.

Do you think Neil Armstrong would have walked on the moon if John F Kennedy had said, “We will give it a shot at going to the moon before the decade is out?” No! Instead Kennedy decreed that man will be on the moon before the end of the decade and it happened.

The spoken word has the ability to lift souls to a higher platform of achievement. Your word is your wand. You can create magic or destroy with it. That is why you have to be careful with your language. Pause for a moment. How is your language when attempting a new or challenging task? Does it go something like “I’ll try or I’ll give it a shot.” Be aware of these habits as you are sending very negative signals to your subconscious mind. When you use the word “try”, the subconscious mind interprets this as a non-serious attempt at a task. There is no need to take it seriously. Instead since it is such a lackluster attempt, your subconscious mind will attempt to steer you away from this goal.

These subtle programming destroys your faith and constantly put you in a state of doubt even when faced with the most trivial of responsibilities.

Stop being a “tryer”. Never try! Just do it! There must be confidence and resolute in your words.

Do not expect any great achievement by trying. Your dream body is a great cause. The achievement of this cause is worth fighting for with all your might
