A good looking body is strong, fit and healthy, Getting weighed measures fat, bone, muscle and water, that means you could weigh more from holding a lot of fluid not meaning you are fat. Clothes sizes say more about your body than anything and looking in the mirror at yourself. If you do not like what you see, tone and strengthen the body through weight training and cardio not CRAZY DIETS and being obesessed about weight all the time.
