Overweight women will find it difficult getting pregnant!
Apparently, obesity in women can inhibit ovulation apart from causing hormonal systems to go haywire. Obesity further increases the risk of health problems such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. All of these negatively affect fertility and can create unwanted complications during pregnancy.
It was also found that various fertility treatments are less effective on obese women. Fat cells in the body produce vast amounts of estrogen. This is also one reason why overweight men have chests that look like breasts. An overproduction of estrogen in men results in men developing breasts.
The more fat cells a woman has the more estrogen she produces. Being overweight is very similar to being on birth control pills.
Research shows that when obese women lose an average of 10 to 14 pounds, many will get pregnant the natural way, without medical intervention. This may be an important revelation for many as losing 10 to 14 pounds to get pregnant seems like a very achievable goal.

Thank you for your feedback. Pregnancy is much easier when someone is at a lower body fat level.
