Overweight women will find it difficult getting pregnant!
Apparently, obesity in women can inhibit ovulation apart from causing hormonal systems to go haywire. Obesity further increases the risk of health problems such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. All of these negatively affect fertility and can create unwanted complications during pregnancy.
It was also found that various fertility treatments are less effective on obese women. Fat cells in the body produce vast amounts .....

Journey Of Weight Loss, Part 3

Its been a long time since I have shared about my experiences in the Journey of weight loss. I must confess though that it has been very bumpy 2 month journey indeed. I had a nice mid March vacation to India during which time I had told myself that I would not exercise.
