Still Going But …….

Just did my Monday exercises today, wow, this will be the third week i am keeping to the get healthy program.  However missed last Friday’s workout as I pulled a back muscle after the Wednesday’s exertion.  Should have done the proper warm-up instead of doing the ‘sun salutation’ steps. Just trying to do an easy to remember routine as I believed, since sun salutation works most muscles , it will be adequate.  So I need to do less variation compared to the normal, multistep warm-up. Okay, bad idea.

Do I see any visible results ? Maybe, think there is less jiggle in some areas. Could have better results if not for mum and mum-in-law’s birthday get together the last two weekends. There is always too much food when the family goes pot luck and though i tried to keep my tongue in check,  think i overdid on the Portuguese Devil Chicken Curry.

Oh no matter, 100 push-ups will take care of that  ….Yikes!

  1. Compound exercises that perform more than one muscle mass group melt away loads of calories and stomach weight. That’s why you need to not just focus on ab workouts. Even efficient exercises for washboard abs like reverse crunches are not enough.
