Building The Hollywood Body – 2 (Video)

Once again, this is a really well done video that proves all along that the principles of weight loss and body shaping are consistent when the Weight is Loss Correctly!

In the first part of the program Ashley Borden, a nutrition consultant to the stars gives food advise. She stresses on the importance of snacks and adequate protein consumption. Protein is absolutely essential for anyone wanting to lose weight! This is not only important for the avid body builder but also the average mum who wants to lose a few kilos!

Then you have personal trainer to the stars Jim Karas advocating an exercise program that totally excludes any form of cardio exercise. He trained Hugh Jackman for X-Men amongst others. The whole exercise program is based on weight resistance training. As we have been saying all along, weight resistance is essential for Correct Weight Loss!

The last segment of the video focuses on personal trainers Mike O’Hearn and Sheryln Roy. Mike O’Hearn is an ex Mr Universe and has maintained his marvelous body. But what is truly amazing is Sheryln Roy. She has a body that is absolutely ripped. I spoke earlier about how important it is for a lady to master the full body push up. Well here you see Sheryln doing a 1-arm push up. Hats off!

What is even more amazing is Sheryln doing the pull ups. Now this is one tough exercise even for a man. But watch her do it. Absolutely impressive!

    I just worked with Hugh again in Vancouver for final shoots of Wolverine. He looks absolutely amazing. Check out the trailer and the movie comes out May 1…and not an ounce of cardio!

    Thanks for your feedback Sheryln. A lady doing 1 arm push ups is impressive.
    What would your advise be for ladies who are afraid to do push ups and pull ups because they think these are exercises for men?

    What are the hollywood women doing to keep in shape? Is it strength training as well? I know a lot of women who shudder to even look at dumbbells thinking that they will build huge freaky muscles. What advise can you give this women? Any women celebrities training under you at the moment?
