This is a well done video about how Hollywood celebrities build their “red carpet” bodies. Sorry to disappoint those who are still on the look out for the holy grail of weight loss! It still boils down to exercise and nutrition!
Once again take note that the “push-up” is emphasized for women. For men, there is no discussion at all. A man must be able to do a full push up. If a man cannot do a full push up, he better stop everything else and make it his life’s goal to achieve this one feat because in Hollywood, women are doing it!
But even women should be able to do full push ups. This exercise tones your body like none other. Watch out for the trainer showing the push up done on a Half-Swiss-Ball. This it seems is what Julian Moore does. I am thoroughly impressed with this lady! Doing a push up on the half ball is no joke!
I just love what Harvey Walton of the Celebrity Fit Club does to the celebrities. His “take no prisoners” attitude really gets the job done! Take note of what he said about a celebrity who came to him and wanted to lose 30 pounds in 2 weeks for a movie shoot. This celebrity asked for all that weight to be changed into muscle. Guess what Harvey told him. “You better take your business somewhere else”. There is no quick fix!
