Naomi Campbell at No 17 – 100 most wanted sexy bodies

The earlier videos in the “100 most wanted sexy bodies” have been hugely popular. So here is another one in that series. This time on Naomi Campbell.

Naomi has to train up to 1.5 hours daily to attain the body that she has. She starts her exercise at 6am daily. Here is a wake up call for those who can’t find time to exercise. If there is no time in the day, exercise first thing in the morning.

Her routine includes up to 500 squats daily in addition to lunges, push ups and skipping. She says that she experiences pain from exercise but the pain is worth it.

I have always been a big believer that women have to at least be able to do full body push ups. Many women think that push-ups are for women and that is a huge myth! This exercise tones the upper body like no other. Naomi proves this principle right.

Off course Naomi has a bad girl image where she does smoke and drink but her diet is impeccable. She has to compensate with longer exercise sessions. But it still baffles me as to why one would spend all the effort in diet and exercise and the next moment smoke. Hope this does not give the impression that one can continue to smoke and drink excessively and still have a shapely body. Naomi probably just needs to put in more positive effort to negate the negative effects of smoking.
