Bollywood Bodies
Bollywood is the informal term popularly used for the Mumbai-based Hindi language film industry in India. The term is often incorrectly used to refer to the whole of Indian cinema; it is only a part of the Indian film industry. Bollywood is the largest film producer in India and one of the largest in the world.
I can safely say that the film stars from Bollywood are giving their Hollywood counterparts a run for their money when it comes to lean & sexy bodies.
Ever wondered about the daily nutrition regiment of these stars?
It sums up to; “Avoid fried food and carbs, don’t miss your workout and don’t deprive yourself.”
Off course like their Hollywood counterparts, you get some stars who do take drugs and go on fad diets but the bulk of them eat clean and work hard. There just is no other short-cut.
Th take home message is that stop any form of starvation diets. Control your portion sizes. Be weary of sweets & desserts. Never miss breakfast and increase your protein consumption. have 5 to 6 small meals. Did I forget to mention exercise?

Have you noticed the trend of today which is eat low fat food and you will be okay to indulge. Thats a huge misconception.
Most products today that claim to be low fat or no fat, especially yogurts and ice creams, have significantly higher content of sugar or sweeteners which is just as bad.
In junk foods, those that are cholesterol free etc would have high content of sodium (salt). And not many people know which are good fats (HDL) and which are bad fats (LDLs, transfats).
So its time we educated them on what poly/monounsaturated fats are all about..and why we should not consume them. People must start to be more selective in their diet if they aim for lean bodies and healthy lifestyles.
