Exercise is King, Nutrition is Queen

I am a big big fan of Jack Lalanne. Many of you will remember The Jack Lalanne show that use to air during the 70s. For the younger people who don’t know Jack, he is an absolute legend in the fitness world. He is a role model we could all use.

Jack once said, “I can’t afford to die. It won’t be good for my image!”

He also used to say that “Exercise is king, nutrition is queen but together you have the entire kingdom!” What wisdom.

Another important quote from Jack is ” The food you eat today is the body you wear tomorrow!”. Remember that the next time you put something into your mouth!

    He recently died and had another quote about how dying would ruin his image…great man.

    The video says, “exercise 2-3 times a day”. Shouldn’t it be 2-3 times a week?
